Daniela Jay wants you to have your package quickly and as inexpensively as possible. It is our policy to try to ship all our packages within 48 hours of receiving your order and payment, if merchandise is in stock. We will contact you if we foresee any delays.
Tracking My Order
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the Tracking Number. Items are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) unless otherwise noted. To track the status of your package visit www.ups.com and enter your Tracking Number.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax on clothing items for shipments within the State of Arizona.
WEB-PURCHASE RETURN POLICY
This policy only applies to merchandise purchased via the "danielajay.com" website.
Merchandise purchased from Daniela Jay must be returned within
14 days of the receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in original condition accompanied with original receipt, and all tags.
Returned merchandise will only receive exchange or store credit (excluding shipping & fees costs).
Follow the procedure below to receive store credit,
- Daniela Jay must be notified of any problems within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise via email at "info@danielajay.com".
- You must email "info@danielajay.com" to obtain our required Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number, list of items you are going to return, and reason for the return in your email when requesting an RA number. NOTE: Returns received without an RA number printed on the outside of the package will be refused. RA numbers that we assign MUST be used within 1 week of your receipt of the number, or, it expires, and may not be used.
We recommend you use a carrier with insurance and tracking when making your return, and promptly send the package to:

- Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for exchange to be processed once the package is received, and we determine that it was received timely.
- Special Orders and personalized/monogrammed items are non-returnable.
- Items discounted 20% or more are non-returnable.
- Seasonal and Holiday items are non-returnable after the Holiday or end-of-season.
- A $5.00 re-shipping charge will be applied in cases of exchange unless the exchange is due to error by Daniela Jay.
- We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier--We are not responsible for lost returns.
- Late returns, damage merchandise, or merchandise not accompanied with the receipt and all tags will not be exchanged.
